Xpeed generally ships via Australia Post or Courier. Please be aware, that large equipment orders (such as heavy bags and stands) will be shipped by Courier.

Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days and take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery time depends on where you are located and the level of service you select.

Typically we are able to meet all expected needs for a rush order. A confirmation email will be sent to your attention once your order has been processed and again once your order has shipped. Return/Refund Process

You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in “resalable” condition within 30 days. (This policy does not apply to custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty.

Xpeed’s goal is to continually update and improve our products. Because of this process, some product images, logos, and labels on the website are subject to vary from time to time.

To return a product simply contact us via the email address below, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. We will send you a Return/Exchange form, give you a return authorization number and an address to return the product to. The completed Return/Exchange form must accompany all returns.

Credits or refunds will not be offered for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. Credits or refunds will not be offered for merchandise more than 120 days after purchase. Credits or refunds are not offered for return shipping charges.
