Can I fax or mail-in an order?
Yes, we gladly accept faxed / mail-in orders. Please include all item numbers, quantities, sizes and colors. Your credit card number, expiration date and security code. What is your satisfaction guarantee?
You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in “resalable” condition within 30 days. (This policy does not apply to custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. Xpeed’s goal is to continually update and improve our products. Because of this process, some product images, logos, and labels on the website are subject to vary from time to time. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our warranty policy.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Master Card, PayPal, cheques, direct deposits and money orders. Please mail all check payments to: Xpeed, PO Box 352, Greenwith, South Australia, Australia, 5125. Be aware it takes one week for the cheques to clear. Once we have received the cheque and it clears, we will ship your order.
Can I return an item?
Yes, simply contact us via the email address below, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. Refer to Return Policy for more info. We will send you a Return/Exchange form, give you a return authorization number and an address to return the product to. The Completed Return/Exchange form must accompany all returns. Credits or refunds will not be offered for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. How do you ship?
Xpeed generally ships via Australia Post or Courier. Please be aware that large equipment orders (such as heavy bags and stands) will be shipped by Courier.
How long does it take?
Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days and take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery time depends on where you are located and the level of service you select.
Can you rush an order?

Can I send a purchase out of the country?

Can you ship to a P.O. box?
Yes shipping to P.O boxes is an option only through Australia Post however bulky items delivered by Couriers can not.
I did not get a confirmation.
Your immediate confirmation is available for you to print at the end of the checkout process, once your purchase is complete. A confirmation email will be sent to your attention once your order has been processed and again once your order has shipped. Occasionally these emails are blocked by your SPAM filter or placed in your junk mail folder.
Is this a secure site?
YES. Our orders are processed securely. The security of your information is very important to us. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and Secure Payment Gateways to protect the security of your online order information.
