Safety Squat Bar
The Safety Squat Bar allows increased comfort across your preferred squat and hinge-based movements. It’s incredibly functional, it will help you get strong and it’s safe and comfortable. The wide variety of exercises you can do with the SSB include; Back squats, Front Squats, Zercher Squats, Good Mornings, Seated Good Mornings, Single-Leg Good Mornings, Front Lunges, Back Lunges, Split Squats, Step-ups, Calf Raises and more.
This specialist bar will allow you to squat comfortably, increase intensity and progressively overload your chosen movement pattern. The SSB helps you create a more “Neutral” position through the shoulder complex than you would with a normal olympic bar. As a result, this allows athletes with shoulder/thoracic mobility/stability and impingement issues to lift safely and comfortably.

3 year Manufacturers construction warranty
Xpeed will warranty this product only if manufacturing faults have been deemed to have caused a defective barbell. The warranty will be void if there has been negligent or faulty use, alterations made, incorrect usage or incorrect storage. Incorrect dropping of the barbell (on spotters arms, benches or uneven surfaces) or with damaged or insufficient bumper plates. Bumper plates must be used on and on approved surfaces only.
